New Bulgarian University is delighted to host the 2024 International Congress for Interpersonal Acceptance and Rejection (ICIAR 2024). New Bulgarian University was founded in 1991 as a liberal arts university intended to provide students with an accessible education and opportunity to take part in specialized, interdisciplinary research. We seek to prepare our students to excel in our modern democratic society by fostering their creativity, problem-solving skills, and sensitivity to cultural diversity.
